Orders
  • We do not accept exchanges or offer replacements.

  • Signature is required on orders over $750; we can’t lift this requirement for any reason.

  • We do not ship to any PO or APO addresses.

  • Be sure your shipping and billing details are correct before completing your purchase. We are unable to change your address after your order has been processed.

Processing Times
  1. Shipping and delivery times may vary. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after being placed.

  2. Shipping is provided by FedEx UPS and USPS. You will receive a confirmation email – where you may preview a rough estimate of your order status and delivery. For real time updates, please contact FedEx UPS and USPS.

  3. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Holiday Orders
  1. Orders will be processed within the next 2 business days after being placed.

  2. Please allow extra time from FedEx or USPS to update your order's shipping status tracking links or subscribe to delivery notifications from FedEx or USPS to get real time shipping notifications for your order.

Cancelations
  1. To cancel your order (must be before your order is shipped), contact our Customer Care team.

  2. For your protection, we cancel any (purchase) orders that are flagged as suspicious by our fraud team; or due to inconsistency with order's shipping and billing details. Authorized payments will not be charged and will be reversed within 2-3 business days. Canceled orders cannot be reinstated; a new order must be placed to proceed with a purchase.

Shipping Policy
  1. Free standard shipping included in all orders over $99.

  2. Orders under $99: 2 business days shipping for $19.99. Standard shipping for $9.99

  3. Expedited and Overnight Shipping options available at checkout. 

  4. Shipping Times:

  5. Contiguous 48 states: 2 - 4 business days after order been processed

  6. Hawaii: 3 -7 business days after order has been processed

  7. Alaska: 2 - 4 business days after order has been processed

Returns and Refunds Policy
  1. We do not offer exchanges or replacements on orders. 2ndChance offers a 14-day return policy. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days once arrived at our facility. Your refund will be reflected after 2 - 3 business days once issued.

  2. As long as you are in your 14-day return window, we will take the item back; however, you will be responsible for return shipping.

  3. If the item is returned during the 14-day return window due to a defect, a prepaid label will be issued by 2ndChance’s customer service.

  4. To get a refund or replacement, the phone must be in the same cosmetic condition as delivered.

  5. All returns must be shipped with their accompanying order number, packaging, and accessories (if applicable). If you return your device without the original cable and adapter, we reserve the right to apply a $10 fee per accessory. 

  6. If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the device must be taken to the manufacturer for defects.

  7. If the item is declared stolen or missing, it will not be eligible for a return request.

Free Include Limited Warranty
  1. If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 14 days. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices. Physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty. If there is a technical defect in the device, please contact us at info.2ndchancestore@gmail.com, and we will fix the issue. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and covers hardware defects. 

  2. The 1-year warranty does not cover the following:

  3. Wear and tear from normal use (including a decrease in battery capacity), significant impact damage, or oxidation. Oxidation means getting your device wet, by the way. 

  4. Accidental damage, i.e., if you crack your phone, we will not replace the screen for you

  5. Damages caused by misuse/abuse/external factors, including shipping (FedEx, UPS, or USPS will handle shipping issues.

  6. Software issues (for instance, if the device starts running slower after the iOS update).

  7. Liquid damage resulting from misuse/abuse/external factors.

  8. The warranty will also no longer be valid if your item is repaired or tinkered with by anyone other than us.
